The Website is operated by Berlian Jewellery Pty Ltd ( ABN 49573186825 ) Access to and use of the Website, and any Products or Services provided through it, are offered subject to the following Terms and Conditions (the Terms).

While we strive to ensure accuracy, Berlian Jewellery does not guarantee that all Products displayed on the Website are in stock or available for purchase at all times. We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue any Product at any time without prior notice.

Purchases

Payments

Payment for Products may be made via approved Payment Gateway Providers. By using the Purchase Services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Payment Gateway Provider and acknowledge their privacy and security policies.

For security reasons, Berlian Jewellery does not store any payment information. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties imposed by the payment provider as a result of your payment.

Credit Cards

We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are verified securely. If your payment card issuer declines payment, your order will not be processed.

Gift Cards

Berlian Jewellery gift cards are issued in AUD, valid for online or in-store use, and expire from the date of issue. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases prior to expiry.

Acceptance and Shipping

We may, at our discretion, refuse to accept an order without liability. Delivery confirmation or pick-up notification constitutes acceptance of your order.

Products are shipped via third-party delivery providers, or may be picked up in selected retail locations. Delivery and insurance options are provided by the delivery service providers; Berlian Jewellery facilitates the interaction but is not liable for loss, damage, or delays during delivery.

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact the delivery provider directly or email enquiries@berlian.com.au with details to process a claim.

Made to Order & Ready to Ship

Production times for made-to-order items begin on the first business day after purchase. Shipping estimates are indicative and may vary.

In-stock items ordered before 10am AEST may be dispatched same day via Express Post. “Ready to Ship” status is shown when adding products to your cart. Items in your shopping bag are not reserved until checkout and order confirmation.

Berlian Jewellery cannot guarantee stock availability for all “Ready to Ship” products; in the event of unavailability, we may contact you to discuss delays.

Price

Purchase prices displayed on the Website include GST. Berlian Jewellery may update prices or delivery costs at its discretion.

International shipping costs, duties, and taxes will be calculated at checkout and are payable by the customer.

Bespoke & Personalised Products

Bespoke and personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.

Warranty

Berlian Jewellery provides a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase, covering damage to your jewellery. Beyond this period, we offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee, or a recycling service if repairs are not possible.

Warranty does not cover lost items, misuse, or repairs/modifications by third parties. Berlian Jewellery covers all costs associated with valid warranty claims.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. For claims, visit a store, submit online, or email enquiries@berlian.com.au.

Australian Consumer Law

Products come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. More information: https://www.accc.gov.au.

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software (the Content), is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Berlian Jewellery retains all rights, and you may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or publicly display any Content without prior written permission.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual items may differ in size, colour, or packaging.

Liability Limitation

Berlian Jewellery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from use of the Website or Purchase Services. Our total liability will not exceed the most recent purchase price paid.
