Return policy
At BERLIAN Jewellery, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Each piece is crafted with care, and we hope you will love your jewellery as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Full-price items may be returned for store credit if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Custom designs, resized, or engraved pieces are considered bespoke and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
2. Store Credit
- Once your return has been assessed, a BERLIAN Jewellery credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
- Credits are valid for three years and may be redeemed both online at www.berlian.com.au and in-store.
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect purchases, in line with our policy.
3. Sale Items
- All sale purchases are final and cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Returning Your Item
- Please ensure your item is securely packaged for safe transit. Items remain your responsibility until confirmed as received by our customer care team.
